Poster Presentation Submissions
All posters will be displayed at the Conference. Poster presenters are required to be present at their poster location during the judging session and during breaks. Limited financial support may be available for some student presenters.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Interested participants should submit their abstracts no later than November 10, 2023.

Content may include original research, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, case reports etc.

The structure of the abstract should be in accordance with the article type.

Structured abstracts of 500 words: original articles, audit, systematic reviews and meta-analyses.

Unstructured abstracts of 300 words: other articles including case reports, short reports, short communications, special communications and review articles.

SIZE
Poster size: Approximately 42" high X 56" wide.

HELPFUL TIP
The most common choice to make your poster is Microsoft PowerPoint. Other programs are InDesign, Photoshop, etc. This version saves a file with the “.pptx” file extension. Do not switch from PC to Mac, or ppt to pptx; stay with one format the entire time.
