Imamia Medics International (IMI) is pleased to invite you to its 12th International Conference in its new venue: Karbala, Iraq. The in‑person conference runs Thursday, December 25 – Sunday, December 28, 2025, with an optional ziyarat & sightseeing segment December 22 – 31, 2025.

• Parallel sessions for the Women’s Wing, Youth Wing, Technology Innovations, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, and Dental Wings.

Call for Abstracts

The Karbala Conference Scientific Committee and Programming teams—under the umbrella of IMI’s Academic Council—are currently reviewing invited topics and abstracts from prospective speakers worldwide. The call is still open.

Call for Posters

We are also accepting submissions for our Poster Presentation Session, where students, professionals, and researchers can showcase their work and engage directly with attendees. Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, with authors expected to be present during designated judging and break sessions.

• Poster abstract deadline: October 1, 2025
• Abstract formats: Structured (500 words) or Unstructured (300 words)
• Poster size: Approximately 42" (H) × 56" (W)
