IMI's 11th International Conference

Zoom, Artificial Intelligence & New Advances to Build Global Health

Visas

All conference participants are responsible for obtaining their visas to attend the conference. Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation from IMI can request one through the Conference Secretariat by emailing visa@imamiamedics.com. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your request to be processed.

If you have traveled to Iraq, Iran, Sudan or Syria since 2011 and are NOT a US citizen, or you hold dual nationality with any of the listed countries, please review all details at the US Department of State (http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/visit/visa-waiver-program.html) and the US Embassy website (http://www.usembassy.gov) regarding recent changes to the visa waiver program. You will most likely need to apply for a visa as early as possible.

If you traveled to Iraq or Iran with IMI for the 8th International Conference and/or our medical delegations to Iraq including the Annual Arbaeen Medical Mission, please contact Sakina Rizvi for more guidance regarding the visa waiver changes and letters regarding your possible exemption from the restriction.

Please check this page frequently for updates.  For any inquiries, please contact visa@imamiamedics.com.
