Conference Registration

Your conference registration fee includes conference sessions as well as the inaugural reception, refreshments, your conference bag, ID, and other activities during conference. Preconference sessions are included in your registration though may have separate sign-up requirements due to workshop capacity limitations. For our registered Health Professional attendees, CMEs are included within your registration as well.

Conference Hotel & Ziyarat/Sightseeing Packages: SOLD OUT!

We are sold out and packages are no longer available to book through our website.

If you are interested in booking a package, please email conferences@imamiamedics.com with your name, whatsapp number, which packages you are interested in for how many people and your specific dates and we can guide you in case of any openings.

IMI Packages cover your hotel stay as well as airport to airport ground arrangements including airport pick-up and drop-offs (based on group schedules), local transportation, all meals, ziyarat/sightseeing activities. These packages are based on a minimum of double occupancy and discounted rates are available for children under 6 who will not require a separate bed. All registrations and bookings are non-refundable.

Special Assistance

Event staff will be glad to assist you with any special needs (ie, physical, dietary, etc). Please contact conferences@imamiamedics.com at least two months prior to the event.
