Conference Registration
Your conference registration fee includes conference sessions as well as the inaugural reception, most meals (3 lunches, 2 dinners and 5 breaks with refreshments), your conference bag, ID, inaugural reception, and other activities during conference. Preconference sessions are included in your registration though may have separate sign-up requirements due to workshop capacity limitations. CMEs are available to add-on for those registered as Health Professionals. Friday night OMAN Gala tickets must be purchased separately and are available as add-ons during registration.
Sightseeing Packages
As you register, you can also purchase the optional 3-Day OMAN Conference Sightseeing Package. These packages are based on age (with discounted pricing for youth and children).

Sightseeing packages do not include your hotel accommodations, and all group activities will be arranged to/from the Sightseeing hotel: Sheraton Oman Hotel in Muscat. For locals who wish to join us, you are welcome to book your stay at the Sheraton from December 28-31, 2025, as well or stay at home and meet us at the Sheraton Oman Hotel in Muscat based on the group daily departure and arrivals schedule.
Sightseeing packages are available in advance until we reach capacity and may not be available to purchase on-site.
